Admission Procedures

  • Enquiry form should be completed by visiting the school in person or an online enquiry form which is available on the school website: www.marryimaculatehighschool.in
  • School counsellors are available to discuss any queries regarding academics, facilities and school policies (For online enquiries, school counsellors will call and schedule an appointment with the parents).
  • Appointment to meet the Principal can be scheduled by notifying the admin office or at the front desk.
  • There will be an interaction with the students at verbal and written level.
  • Application forms will be issued at the admin office (Timings: 9AM - 4PM on week days).Registration process is completed only after the Registration fee is paid at the admin office along with submission of duly filled application form and submission of required documents
ADMISSIONS & WITHDRAWALS :
  • Every candidate for admission should be introduced in person by parent or guardian who will stand responsible for her conduct, application to studies and fees.
  • The Application for admission must be signed by the father or mother or in their absence by a guardian who has been authorized by the parents to do so. This letter of authorization must be attached with the admission form
  • Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form and should be accompanied by the Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
  • No alteration of the date of birth, the name (Child, Father or Mother), caste or sub - Caste will be made without the sanction of the C.P.I. of Karnataka State Education Board.
  • In case of pupils coming from Primary Schools or Secondary Schools, the date of birth as furnished in the Transfer Certificate will be taken as valid.
  • The application form should be filled in correctly with all the information asked for. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
  • Admissions will be closed within 8 days of the re-opening.
  • No assurance is given that students studying in Std. VII of our ICSE School will be admitted to Std. VIII as a matter of course. IT WILL BE DONE ONLY ON BASIS OF PAST PERFORMANCE AND BEHAVIOUR.
  • No Transfer Certificate will be issued to a pupil whose fees are not paid.
  • Pupils coming from schools outside Karnataka State will be admitted in production of Transfer Certificates duly signed by the inspecting officers in charge of the institutions in strict conformity with a table of standards issued by the Department.
  • Application for Transfer or Conduct Certificate should be made in writing by the Parent or Guardian either at the end of the term or within the first 5 working days of a term. The terms are from June - September and October - April.
  • Pupils joining or leaving in the middle of a term shall pay fees for the full term. They must settle all dues before taking any certificate.
  • A duplicate copy of any certificate will not be issued without the permission from the DDPI.
  • Certificate will be usually issued a day after the receipt of application for the same.
SCHOOL FEES
  • No pupil will be admitted to school until she has paid all the school fees.
  • No pupil will be allowed to answer the I TERM EXAM unless all fees are paid up-to-date. Note: Fee will not be refunded to parents for any reason during any part of the academic year.
  • Computer Education will be imparted along with the School Curriculum. An additional fee will be charged towards the same.
SCHOOL UNIFORM
  • The School Uniform is Compulsory.
  • The Uniform consists of light green pleated pinafore skirt, cream blouse, green shorts, white socks with 2 green stripes, black shoes, green tie with a monogram and black ribbons.
Documents to be submitted with Filled Application Form
  • Copy of Birth Certificate is mandatory to complete the admission process for Pre-Nursery, Lower kindergarten, Upper kindergarten. If the birth certificate does not mention the name of the child, an affidavit for the same should be submitted along with the birth certificate.
  • For Grade II Grade X admission, Original Transfer Certificate, Copy of Birth Certificate and Copy of Marks Cards are mandatory to complete the admission process.
  • Copy of Address proof is mandatory to complete the admission process for all Grade levels.
  • Four (4) Passport size photographs and Two (2) stamp size photographs of the child and 2 passport size photographs of both parents should be submitted along with the application.
  • Grade IX and X - Mandatory Documents to be submitted during admission as CBSE syllabus norms.
  • Copy of Aadhar Card of parents and the child/children
  • Caste and income certificate
  • PROMOTION RULES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
    • The promotion depends on the child’s performance
    • The average grade obtained by the child in each Term is considered for promoting the child to the next class
    • The Management continues to reward the brilliant students who secure 85% in all the Tests and Exams with a Distinction Merit Certificate.
    • Results declared at the end of the year are final in all cases and will not be reconsidered.
